"Unit F may be unique in the complex for having a sightline to a segment of ocean horizon one block to the west. It fulfilled my wish for a water view without the beachfront price. The apartment totally met our expectations for layout, supplies, cleanliness, quality and neighborhood. Gated parking space, pool, laundry room, and beach wagon for chairs, umbrella, boogie board, and sand toys. One block to beach access. Nice walks into the Village and south to Tamarack to splurge at Vigilucci’s. I...

"Our usual property was not available so this was a second choice. We were pleasantly surprised and happy with our accommodations. Would definitely go back. "

"Check in was seamless, property was clean and on the water and everything in the village was a short walk. The communication from the property was perfect and accurate. The only issue was the broken rolling blinds covering the slider which was being worked on when we arrived but never got fixed. We had a great relaxing time."

"I had read previous reviews and wasn't expecting the great vibe this place has. Loved the private patio on top of the beach, the bed was comfy, the kitchen small but functional. I did move one chair around to view the TV. Everything was sparkling clean and the view fantastic, of course. You could hear upstair renters but to be expected from an older building. Would definitely rent again."

"The property was well kept and communication was timely and accurate. It needs a few minor repairs, but nothing that was an inconvenience. The ocean is literally right outside and the view from the patio is fantastic! I like that the steps to the ocean are private, so there is not a lot of traffic on them. Although parking is directly on Ocean St., I had no issues finding a spot, even during busy hours. The price was great for everything you got. Perfect place for me. I hope to return!"

"I really loved being walking distance to most everything in Carlsbad. I was able to park my car either in the parking area designated for my unit or on the street right in front. This place was very clean and had all that I needed to enjoy my Thanksgiving week with family that live in Carlsbad. Would rent again just based on location alone. I could see sunsets from my front patio. "
