"This is a nice townhome in a fun location. We likes having Target and a bowling alley right next door. The reason I only gave it three stars was because of the check-in process and how the house was stocked. The front door lock was broken, so the code wouldn’t work. We had to call the host and after a while he answered to let us in the garage. Also, there were four of us staying there, and only 3 towels in the whole house. There were disposable towels in a closet we were supposed to use, but...

"The place was beautiful, comfortable, and very cozy. Completely furnished to cook. Property manager readily available to answer any questions. Centrally located between Big Bear and Lake Gregory. Very peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend! for a relaxing getaway"

"Unit was nice and clean. It was just as advertised. The neighborhood was a little iffy. Our neighbors (guests in the unit next door) would smoke in and around their building so the entire entry stairway smelled like cigarettes. Also every night between 10:15 - 11:15 or 11:30, they would start yelling at each other and pounding on their doors. But inside ur unit, it was very clean and nicely furnished. And since the A/C was working so well, we just kept all the doors and windows tightly closed...

"The description is entirely misleading. This was not “a lovely home nestled in a quiet neighborhood,” it’s an apartment and it was not lovely. The garage is detached and the apartment door has an iron grate over it. It was not a good neighborhood, and as a woman, it felt unsafe. The people hanging out outside their garage did not seem friendly. I found a hotel instead. Vrbo has no quality control, and did nothing to help with the situation, and the hosts just argued with me."

"Very difficult check in. But the stay was wonderful. The check-in gal is a darling asian lady who speaks NO english. But she's a hard worker keeping the property rustic and beautiful. We especially enjoyed the 6 kittens on the property she takes good care of. We'd stay here again but in a larger unit."

"While the inside is accurate the host fails to mention the garage is a 4 car shared garage that both cleaning staff and residents leave open so your car is not safe there is a trap house located rught behind that light off fire works randomly throughout the night and week on top of all this the wifi was out for 75% of the stay neighbors would connect to your tv multiple time messing with you do not stay here it is not worth the money"
