"Staff at the registration has a very good attitude. Good customer service. But I only wish the hotel is pet friendly for small dogs at a separate section of the hotel. "

"We love the location and how walkable everything is. Check in was really nice with drink vouchers and room upgrades offered for VIP status. The room has one free bottle of water in an aluminum can with lid so we could reuse for water. The room also had a robe which was a nice touch. Some room slippers would have been nice but not a deal breaker. I wasn’t impressed with the service of the bartenders or baristas in the hotel lobby. They looked like we should be grateful for their presence but honestly that’s just LA and nothing to do with the hotel. Would definitely stay again."

"Staff have been wonderful. All have been friendly. We are very thankful they let us check in early. I wish the pool would have been heated a little bit. We chose to stay here because of the pool, but it was too cold. We need to use the shuttle to the airport and are a bit nervous that there isn't specific times. That makes it very difficult to plan.
