"Almost everything was great--especially, the great front desk customer service. The hotel is generally well-designed and innovative in thinking. One particular downside issue for me was that the shower handle holder would keep dropping despite my attempts to raise it. The area wasn't the greatest, but the security inside seemed very good. Overall, it was a great experience and I enjoyed it."
