"We had plenty of space as a family of six! The beds were comfortable, the washer and dryer were VERY much appreciated, and everything was just as described. My kiddos appreciated the toys and games and thought the bunk beds were great. It was an excellent location to explore Sequoia NP as well as an easy walk to a few local playgrounds. "

"We had the best time staying at Tiffany and Kevin’s horse ranch. The setting was perfect. The property is situated in a beautiful country setting . Chicken, horses and cats. As animal lovers, it was perfect for us. The unit isn’t fancy but it’s clean and has everything included that you could need. We would highly recommend . The owners were lovely people and helpful with local recommendations! "

"What an amazing weekend we had! From walking in the door to not wanted to go home. Clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen for cooking in. Plenty of things to do! Games, sitting around checking up, watching a movie, enjoying the sun, etc. Communication with property managers was spot on. Location was great to go north or south, close to everything. We will definitely come back! "

"This cabin is a great place to stay. Well appointed, clean, and comfortable. My grandson and I went to Kernville for a fishing trip and found this property to be a great home base. I haven't slept this well for a long time. Located a 2 minute drive from town, it gives easy access to dining and the road along the river. I would highly recommend this property."

"We celebrated my mom’s 80th birthday. We enjoyed the amount of dinning seating and the amount of bedrooms that made our stay comfortable. The cleanliness, clutter and lack of organization of the home and the areas that surrounded the usable out door space was disappointing and didn’t reflect the photos.
