"My partner convinced me to go "camping" for a night, since typically I would choose more of a glamping type experience. But this to me was glamping!! Had a cozy bed, we did hear some (harmless) wildlife in the middle of the night. But the next morning we had a wonderful hot shower after a tiring travel day straight to hiking the day before. "Though we only stayed for a night, I felt at home as soon as we arrived. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful to set us up and prepare us for the night. We were offered firewood which we used to have a small barbecue and s’mores outside our room right before we crawled into bed. The mix of homemade food with the suspenseful forest night ambiance made our stay fun and extremely comfortable. "

"We enjoyed how most camping spots offered a good amount of privacy. I would recommend arriving in daylight. We arrived just after sunset and it was difficult to navigate in the dark having never been there before. It was a shame we couldn't have a fire, but the hike on the property was lovely. "

"We had a great time using the camp site. It was a nice experience even just for a night! They have warm showers and bathroom nearby as well as it is very quiet if you want to be in the forests. Love the location very close to Santa Cruz boardwalk. Both happy couple here! Definitely recommend!"
