"Everything was great except our check in, they tried to change my room that I had booked 3 month prior to my reservation only because I had booked with Expedia (I heard the manager say in the back office). The girl checking us in was just doing her job but of course I was going to be upset for them trying to change my park view room. "Great proximity to LAX, but the building is a bit tired. Staff was excellent. Waited a long time for a bell cart, even though it didn’t seem busy at all. No major complaints, and the price was very reasonable. Would stay again for an early flight out. "

"The perfect location and beautiful grounds. Huge room and very friendly and accommodating staff. We had a jr suite with bay view and loved walking outthe back door to the beach. Fire pit at night was fun. Plan to come back with kids and rent the jet skis!"

"Loved staying here! We went for my daughter’s birthday and they were so amazing when we checked in. After staying here I don’t think I can stay off property now. It’s just so convenient being so close to the parks! And getting the early access helped us be able to ride a few rides before it got too busy "
