Room AC wouldn’t get room above 61 degrees. When maintenance was called and “fixed it” the room wouldn’t get below 81 degrees! Insanity

This property, while under construction was amazing! Clean, convenient location and most of all, everything worked and there was a Starbucks in the lobby.

TOP 5 worst hotel experiences. Due to whatever, lack of caring, This hotel has cost me a family tradition that I can't get back. Management was beyond uncaring when asked for a small amount of help to make a person's day bright. Money is my sweat and labor and takes a long time to save to do special things like travel. I'm heartbroken. The phone had a substance I prefer not to think about, The door couldn't lock, shower barely functioned, upper staff coming in without knocking, no bath or hot tub for a handicapable person needing water therapy, no pool, plus more. One shout out to the bed though, it was five star.

Hotel was under rennovation and we werent told. Water turned off randomly and took 30 minutes to turn back on. When it turned on the water was cold. I complained to them and they gave me a number to message but they didnt bring me anyone to talk to in person. The person i messaged said they would send somebody but they never did and i waited for the water to turn back on and went back down to talk to somebody again and she said she couldnt do anything. Also bathroom vent was really weird, the bathroom door wouldnt close properly (a crack could be seen through from the outside), and elevators would start and stop working randomly causing more delay for us. I use hilton for vacation and never had such a bad experience, i am very disappointed. I payed about 700 for what?

First, they gave us a room that it wasn't cleaned and ready, my wife almost vomited and wanted to leave the premises. Second, the room looks like a motel, the vanity are in bad condition, and the Hotel tried to sneak in all the rooms possible on each floor. It tooks almost 3 o 5 mins to reach to our room, it was like a laberynth. Third: they were remodeling and my kids got like an allergic reaction to whatever was going in the air there.
