"The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Though I was put on hold when calling the front desk for an early check-in, the concierge apologized profusely, and answered my questions without me feeling rushed. The room was spacious, clean. And the area where the hotel is located was convenient for our stay because we had flown in for a concert and all our go-to sites were mostly a 15 minute drive away. I look forward to staying here again."

"The Biltmore Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles is a stunning property with a rich history and gorgeous architecture. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was impressed by the timeless elegance and grandeur of the space. The staff was attentive and welcoming, and the central location made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. However, one downside of my stay was that my room was a connecting room. Unfortunately, I could clearly hear the conversation from the guests in the adjoining room, which disrupted the otherwise peaceful experience. While this may not be an issue for all rooms, it’s something to consider if privacy and quiet are important to you. Overall, the Biltmore offers a memorable and luxurious experience, but I’d recommend requesting a non-connecting room for a more serene stay."
