"Staying at the Intercontinental Downtown Los Angeles was the best decision ever. Our suite was beautiful and located on the 61st floor with amazing views. Sammy and Jasmine took great care of us during our stay. All of the parking assistants were so gracious and kind to us. My apologies but I cannot remember all the names but they were all fantastic!"

"We love the location and how walkable everything is. Check in was really nice with drink vouchers and room upgrades offered for VIP status. The room has one free bottle of water in an aluminum can with lid so we could reuse for water. The room also had a robe which was a nice touch. Some room slippers would have been nice but not a deal breaker. I wasn’t impressed with the service of the bartenders or baristas in the hotel lobby. They looked like we should be grateful for their presence...
