"My visit was a work trip with my team. The Quail was such a wonderful choice when picking a place to stay for the group. From the moment we walked in the door, until checking out, customer service was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. There were multiple thoughtful special touches that made the stay welcoming, from the TV having your name, the robe in the bathroom, a patio with a great view and the grounds were beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed smores provided upon request at one of the many fire pits and places to sit and talk throughout the complex. I worked with the sales team to reserve a meeting room and breakfast and they met all of our expectations and were easy to work with. Thank you for making our stay special. "

" Very nice place. Easy access to Ocean Ave and everywhere else. The host is very friendly as well. I got the executive suites with adjacent rooms and my boys loved the main room and the queen size bed. Will definitely choose this place again next time in Carmel. Jon"
