"This is a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff, unfortunately a leak from the top floor impacted our stay as we came back from a day of touring and our bathroom was flooded. An offer of a reduction in our stay or a credit at the cafeteria attached would have been nice. The maintenance staff were quick to respond and were very polite."

The location is great for the main art museums, and the rooms are clean and comfortable if a little small. I also had their very good breakfast which is a buffet on the top of the hotel. "This hotel is in a superb location. You have Atocha train station on the other side of the roundabout. A massive park just across the street. Three of the best art museums in the world surround the hotel. Shopping and great restaurants/nightlife just outside the door. Oh, and the hotel is great too. I was in a room on the seventh floor that had a balcony. Very comfortable room. Only issue was the shower leaked water outside onto the floor. This happens in many hotels. I would highly recommend...
