Check in was super easy thanks to the wonderful staff at Cinque Terre Riviera who made it all seamless including the lovely care package of coffees, cookies and cornetti. "The property is conveniently located, but it is extremely small. I couldn’t even turn around in the shower. Also, it is very noisy. On one of the days we stayed there, there was a concert right below the unit’s balcony and it lasted very late during the night, which made it very hard for us to sleep. "

"Stay away! Arrived at the house and it looks absolutely terrible from the outside, the area is far from everything and the information provided on the site is not correct. Owner did not speak English and communication was almost impossible. The apartment is smaller than stated and lacks hot water. Had booked 2 nights, but only stayed one. Was supposed to get a refund for one night, but the owner neither opens nor responds to messages, as expected we have not received any money in refund....
