This cute holiday home will have you relaxing into complete holiday mode from the moment you walk through the doors. Well presented with 2 bedrooms to accommodate up to 5 guests. It has a fully enclosed yard which is ideal for small children, free Wifi and outside pets are considered upon request.
Located on Scenic Way, which is a popular street in Carrickalinga, only a minute's walk from the beach.
The open plan kitchen, dining, and living has easy access to a lovely decked entertaining area making a seamless transition to alfresco living. The deck allows for easy supervision of the children whilst they play in the front garden. The home also offers a large smart tv, split system reverse cycle, coffee machine, dvd player, beach toys, and bbq facilities.

Carrickalinga has a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. It is a perfect place for young and old to simply relax and enjoy some quality time away together.

Local activities such as golf, fishing, and diving are very popular in this area. There are also several local wineries boasting stunning wines. A 3-minute drive from Normanville is the Links Lady Bay Golf Course, clubhouse, and restaurant. You can also enjoy a horse ride along the beautiful Normanville Beach.
