"The communication with the host was smooth and on time. Check-in and check-out process went just fine although we forgot to empty the dishwasher which was on the list. Sorry! Location is very nice and quiet, there are a lot of trees outside which we like. The actual apartment was cozy and clean but definitely due for renovations or at least some updates. "This was our last vacation for our family before our oldest graduates and heads to college. We wanted a beautiful location with a nice house for family time and that is exactly what we got. The house is beautiful and clean with gorgeous views. The hot tub was a a nice bonus in a very unique house. We ran into two minor issues, the grill grates were completely rusted over no matter how hard I cleaned them and the few towels we found were tiny and not great. Literally, thats the only negative....

"The house was well maintained and perfect for people coming to check out the area! There were maps to just about every tourist destination, everything was labeled and set up for a family to visit. We went to Santa's Village and it was only a 10 minute drive to get there. Highly recommended!"

"Excellent property for extended family. Property was clean and well maintained. It comfortably slept our family of 7 adults and 6 children under the age of 8. Bunk room is a loft with windows without shades so you might consider bringing black out curtains for two windows. Convection feature on oven didn’t work and the plow person never showed up. Tap water had bad smell and taste. None of these things affected our trip- we still had a great time and loved the hot tub and basement game room. "
