"Just the right amount of space and amenities for two. Great kitchen, cozy furniture all around. Slightly disappointed that the loft was blocked off during our stay (as it looks accessible in the pictures), but it ultimately didn't factor into our enjoyment. The best part of the cabin was that upon checking in, the fireplace and the hot tub were ALREADY running and ready to go. Instant warmth and comfort. Would happily come back to this cozy cabin in the future."

"The home and property were stunning! Perfect for our party of 10 (five couples, each got their own room). Large kitchen and living space was perfect. Large garage and long driveway comfortably fit our five vehicles. Communication with BranchVR was easy, they always responded very quickly. WiFi went down during our stay, we simply called the number provided and our problem was resolved in 10 mins. House had basic necessities provided. Would stay here again in the future! "

"The dishes in the cabinet were greasy upon arrival. We had a leaking toilet, both shower heads were leaking, requiring someone from maintenance who came over but left behind used towels on the floor and a box of AA and AAA batteries. There was a build up of dust under the sofa and caked onto the furnace. The shower floors were peeling and cracked. We had a curtain that couldn't be closed in the kitchen, and one in the bedroom would not properly close that light always got inside. One of the TV...

"We loved this clean house. It was fully equipped. Full kitchen, bathrooms had everything. It was nicely decorated. Our only issue was that there was no porch to sat on. Also, the nearlby snow place (5 min away) was closed so we had to drive 30-40 min to get somewhere."

We especially loved the open layout and close proximity of game room to living room and kitchen. It allowed us to be in different communal areas but still be connected. The communication with the propriety manager, Julio, was great. He was very responsive throughout our stay. We had an issue with heating and he did everything he could to resolve the issue. I...
