"Darling cottage. It was everything we wanted and needed. The decor was perfect, the appliances were the best we have had in a rental, the furniture was ideal. Great location that attracted a great group of vacationers. Dawn was fabulous. She is a terrific manager. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive."

"We stayed for a week and a half and this is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. Brand new, in a community that is starting out so not yet full. The cottage is very nice with new appliances and in a great location for heading to Destin or Panama City Beach. The property manager is wonderful to work with, she answered questions promptly and was nice to visit with. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back to a cottage if we get a chance."
