"The service at the reception was incredible, rafael is amazing host. Unfortunately the room... filthy doesnt do justice.. As soon as we walk into the room we are hit by the humid like heavy smell, the dust on all areas on the room was very very visible (how can they miss that), the floor looked it has never seen a mop.... the worse of all The bathroom... mouldy walls, hairs on the walls, sink, shower and bidet... disgusting... We did pay for a parking space that didn't exist (it was full and we had to squeeze the Aygo in a bike space most nights) which wasn't ideal.
