"Nice remote location. You’ll likely want to pack food in with you. It’s 6 mile drive on a dirt road taking about 45 minutes to get into the local town. Lots of local hiking trails. Property is fairly well kept up especially for an of the grid location. In the cold months make sure you have firewood. A wood fired fireplace seems to be the main source of heat. Lots of wildlife passing through the property as well. "
