"Great experience, if there would be something less positive about it, it would probably be the noise between the rooms and sound from the main road. However, we had a lovely stay, good sleep and it was a good price. Parking might be harder to find during busy hours, but nothing more than a 5 min walk. Would stay again!"

"City Haven II was very clean and comfy. Located in a very walkable neighborhood. We walked to the grocery store and brought back food to cook at the rental. Felt just like home :) Although the street out front is super busy, the house is sound proof. Not only was it quiet, but the beds were extra comfortable- I slept like a baby! The host was very responsive too! We loved our stay!"

"I’ve stayed in many short term rental properties and this was, hands down, one of the very best. The words “cute” and “cozy” best capture the essence, but the Captain’s Quarters is so much more. It’s small, but perfect for up to a couple (comfy queen bed) plus, perhaps, one sleeping on the couch. The host is amazingly kind and responsive to communications. The amount of attention Ron put in to making his VRBO feel welcoming, cozy, clean, and comfortable helped my mindset tremendously! He was so flexible with all of my care team coming and going, and for that I am so grateful! The location could not have been better! Loved the trail nearby and felt so safe! I will definitely be using this location again anytime I need to return to Seattle for medical treatment. "

"I'd like to say I really enjoyed the stay. Overall, I was pleased.The rooms were clean and well maintained. And the location is near downtown which was nice.We didn't hear anything from our host during our trip.But you are in the basement, and so you will hear foot steps above you, along with the dog running around, and the TV. All are expected in a lodging.My wife did not like as much from the start. I guess I didn't tell her that this was a basement apartment, maybe I didn't read the listing...

"Our room was just like the picture. We had lots of room and the bed was comfy. The shower head was rather low; I am 5’4 and it was at forehead level for me. The little balcony would be nice in the summer, but oddly enough we didn’t use it in 24 degree weather. It’s not far from town but it isn’t safe to walk on highway 20 so we drove in. Overall it was a nice stay. It is rustic, to go with the town’s theme, but we had everything we needed. "
