"Stay was super nice and even recognized us from 2 weeks prior. The staff at the coffee shop was fantastic and went above and beyond assisting us. The shuttle driver is an extremely hard working individual and when we went to the airport I realized I lef my carry-on satchel with our legal papers, medication and money bag with over $500 in it. He called the hotel and they told me they had it at the front desk and we stayed at airport and he drove back and bought it to me in record time and didn’t delay out COPA checked bag drop at all. We've stayed here 4 times in 2 years and if we're flying out this is our go to hotel."

"The hotel is extremely well located. Design is nice. upstairs roof resto and next door restos are very nice. rooms are too small and slightly uncomfortable due to lack of space. i stayed in a tent larger than the room was. but totally worth. i d stay again. if a long trip, it d be painful."
