"It’s quite close to Airport but I feel the hotel should keep an Airport Drop shuttle as it’s not easy walk with Luggage and secondly a welcome bottle of water will be nice to offer to all guest. I arrived on a very hot afternoon-evening and the reception didn’t offer any welcome drink or bottle of water. I went to my room with no water to drink. I feel they lack hospitality. "
