"House was excellent. Great layout and beautiful views. Price was perfect. All should lead to 5 Star review! But the house was not cleaned that well. Floors and countertops had crumbs everywhere. Basically the entire house needed to be cleaned. Next issue was lack of maintenance. Of all the things we fixed and tightened screws the most aggravating thing was the trash. Trash cans outside were over full when we got there. Contacted the help number and they tried to get it taken care of but it was...

"We had a Thursday to Sunday stay in this quaint property. All rooms were clean and spotless when we arrived. The location was about a two minute walk from the trolley station and within twenty yards or so from a trolley stop, which we found very convenient. The property had a very nice and comfortable king-sized bed. The bathroom was modern. The only mild complaint was the mirrors are low for two six-footers. There are four rooms on this property: the bedroom, kitchenette?, bathroom, and nice...

"This place was perfect! Amazing stay with an amazing host. Any negative reviews on here should be taken in context. People want 5 star luxury accommodations and that's not here. However for the price I would recommend it to anyone. Smelled fine, it's in the woods so some bugs and what not, when leaves are on the trees it is secluded, the area is not pristine so when the leaves are gone you will most likely see some of the "neighbors". Easy to get to in between everything, great base camp for you...

The views were absolutely stunning and we enjoyed our morning coffee overlooking the lake and watching the boats and skiers go by! Home is as advertised, lots of space. Ray took care of our concerns right away, he was very accommodating and helpful."

"A very quiet place to stay. The only problems we encountered were losing electricity for about 3 hours, but the owner was right on it when we called him. There are stairs up to the house that really need a hand rail installed. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. "

"We had a great time. Our friend is a DJ and could set up outside without worrying about disturbing anyone. The house is spacious, with many accommodations. The grounds around the house are fantastic to explore! Anyone driving in a sedan should be cautious. The road leading to the property has some dips/divots that you can bottom out on. A higher vehicle is probably a good idea."
