From tornado alley myself I thought my morning was about to be a disaster. It was the siren for the dam opening. Would have appreciated a warning that it could have even help me from panicking. "

"Where do I even begin, we absolutely LOVE this place and Melissa is absolutely wonderful to work with and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and comfortable! This was our second time coming here and we plan on coming back every year! Beautiful sunsets and scenery-if you’re wanting to disconnect and enjoy peace and nature then this is the spot. We also love that there are trails for hiking and water for kayaking so close! Would highly recommend!"

"Friendly people and not too far from Roaring River. Clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, a little walk from the tents but not bad. Our daughter loved the setup. Tents are thin so you can everything the other tents are doing. Recommend getting some sleeping ear plugs if you wanna sleep in. They had a little shop there which was pretty cool. Overall it was a great experience with them!"

"This property is located about 15-20 mins from Eureka Springs. Not a lot of traffic, nice little fishing community. Lake is beautiful, has swim area, no ice place for picnic. The Marina had a nice friendly restaurant with good food. The little cabin was nicely furnished cute fishing decorations. The place was really clean secluded peaceful. Saw several deer. Loved being able to take our fur baby. Will stay at this cabin again! Nice getaway!"

"As soon as you walk in the door you feel welcomed. The setup is perfect for large families with children. There's plenty of space to spread out and have quiet time if you needed it. You honestly don't need to bring any supplies for cooking or sleeping because they provide plenty of that. We were wanting to get away for a while in this place was perfect for us we definitely look forward to booking this place again when the pool is in season. "

"We had a wonderful weekend at The Big Woods 3 property. The house was clean, well stocked and absolutely beautiful. We had 3 families staying to enjoy some trout fishing at Roaring River and to celebrate my son's 8th birthday. The kids loved exploring the yard and making s'mores in the fire pit. We will definitely look at booking again in the future."
