We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, location was perfect, loved all the wildlife right outside our door, even bald eagles and a pelican, in addition to the geese. "This is a much newer property than those surrounding it. It is modern, clean and well laid out. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. All bedrooms are roomy and have TVs. "Located right downtown in Dubuque, this is perfectly secluded on a side street up against the bluff. Quiet and idyllic. The house is well apportioned, which suits itself well to making meals in. But it’s also close to several good places to eat. The beds and linens were comfortable and the furniture was all in good shape and well suited to a gathering of up to six. An added bonus was the bathroom on the first floor, which is different from many of these kinds of row houses. "
