"This was the best customer service I've ever had at a hotel; the female night manager helped arrange our parking, carried most of our suitcases, and even helped us buy bus tickets - at the bus stop! While there were a few details, like too much road noise and the tv not working (could care less), the staff's friendliness and helpfulness made it a very enjoyable stay. Would stay again in heartbeat."

"Overall this property has that it is relatively a large space, with a large master bedroom and has a nice view of the lake Lugano through albeit through the trees and a convenient location [bus stop just down hill, or a nice 20 minute walk into town].
