Rafael greeted us street side and brought our luggage to the lift and got is situated in our nice room. Located at the heart of old town Naples, it is right where you want to be. With the holiday, All Saints Day, the city was hopping, it was an amazing experience. Paola and her husband made sure we had everything we needed and arranged for our car to take us to our next stop, Sorrento. "
