"The host was very responsive and helpful anytime we had a question. Check in instructions were very detailed and she provided pictures too. We stayed over Christmas week and she gave us panettone and wine for the holidays. We accidentally locked ourselves out right before check out with all of our stuff still inside because we didn’t know that even when unlocked, in Italy at least, you still need the key to open the door. "Location was great! There is a bar Nextdoor that can create some noise but it didn’t bother us much. When you walk out the door you’re right into the night life but there isn’t much foot traffic outside the door so that also helped with noise. It was the perfect size for the two of us and being that the bedroom is underground it helped keep it very cool in addition to the air conditioners. The host was very pleasant and our stay was so easy! Would recommend!"

"This was our first trip outside of our home country. The building is beautiful, and within walking distance to so many beautiful sites. We had some hiccups along the way which arent always prevalent, but happened nonetheless. Upon our second day, we had a note on our door from the tenant below us stating a water pipe had burst in his unit and he was forced to shut the water off (including our unit) jdjswe were able to work around it "
