"This hotel was a delight. From the check in to the check out the staff went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. It has a slightly rustic Italian charm that added to our trip in a great way. Check in is on the 2nd floor, which is 2 floors up from the lobby if you’re American. We were greeted and checked in then shown our room.
