"The hotel is an excellent location. All the major attractions were within a mile Of the hotel and Pnatheon was right opposite. The staff were excellent. The hotel rooms are on the smallish side and there isn’t much cabinet space but okay otherwise. The cleaning was everyday and they did a great job. We had a couple of minor issues with the sink not draining and window blackout screen not working but overall a good experience. "

However, I had booked a superior room and I do not think I was given a superior room. "This is a boutique hotel on a small side street just a few blocks off the main Via Arenula and within a few blocks of the Campo de Fiori. The front desk staff was extremely helpful - they arranged for our transportation from the cruise port to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport.
