"The person who met us to hand over the keys was very friendly and welcoming and location was fine eg proximity to coloseum for instance. However there were a few disappointing elements about the apartment eg mouldy shower curtains, blocked drains, no lid on the garbage bin, only 1 toilet roll/bathroom for a 4 night stay, flaking paint on window sills. It was an expensive apartment for what was provided and not in a particularly high standard of repair."

"The property was absolutely beautiful perfect view of the lake right out The window or the balcony. The owner was fabulous. We came in late and he came and helped us check in late. He also helped me when I locked my key in the apartment. Very friendly and professional There was also a cute little bar downstairs that was very convenient , friendly people everywhere at Castle, Gandolfo. I would definitely stay here again"

"Nice comfortable place close to metro station. Allesandro went above and beyond our expectations. We didn't have a rental car and our first day he drove us to a grocery store and waited for us while we picked up some things. He also helped us get a rental car and was just incredibly helpful in so many ways. Every day our apartment was tidied up and the most delicious croissants were left for our enjoyment. My favorite was the chocolate ones! We were visited daily by a sweet cat named Meatball....

"Our host kept us informed from start to finish and made sure everything we needed was available to us. The house was immaculate and gorgeous. Our host ensured we knew where to find local eateries and gave us recommendations on things to see and do. He ensured we were taken care of. We would definitely come and stay again."
