Unfortunately, out of the many daily activities advertised on the website, almost none took place, and the mini club was basically just sitting the children down and make them colour/paint. The swimming pool was always very very busy, and because of the heat, the lake level was very low, it was not very inviting, and no canoe or kayaks were available for hire. "Just a short stay for 2 nights on a flying visit. This is a typical Italian bed and breakfast. Multiple rooms set in a complex of refurbished farm buildings all of a good standard. The owner was very welcoming and nothing was too much problem, even the offer of breakfast at 11.30 in the morning as we couldn't wake up. "Good location, no complaints. Staff were very pleasant. My room had a good sized main room plus a loft with 3 additional beds. It was clean and everything worked. Breakfast was superb if a little heavy on the sweets. The hotel is an easy walk to the castle -well, at least to the STEPS of the castle. Yep, I’d stay here again and very likely will."

"Accueil très sympathique, appartement spacieux et la piscine est un atout majeur pour un week end de repos en famille. L'avantage de cet agri-tourisme est sa proximité de la gare de Chiusi (environ 10 km) ce qui nous a permis de nous y rendre en train+vélo! Les seuls petits bémols que j'y ai trouvé sont les moustiques: installer de vraies moustiauraires serait une bonne idée. A noter aussi que la ligne de train passe à 1 km: ce n'est pas génant du tout au niveau du bruit mais ca donne moins...
