"The looks better in person than the pictures on line. Downside is, the staff DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH, including the front desk. Just few of them knew one, or two words of English. The train station and the football (soccer) stadium are literally on the same street (Carrera 70) with the hotel, can just walk there. If one likes to party, that's the place / street to be on. The Centreville, Light tower are not too far via driving."

"We had a family vacation at Viaggio Medellin back in October 2024 and all the staff were very polite, attentive in every way but the one that went above and beyond was the guest member from the bar, Alonso.
