"Room 145 had luke warm water ONLY in the kitchen sink and the bathroom basin, disappointing and somewhat inconvenient. The door to the balcony was difficult to open as the lock clip spring was either broken or had lost tension. Comments intended so these issues are addressed and future guests do not face said issues. "If your looking for hotel for a few nights up in the goldcoast this is a good option. You really cant complain much when its right across from the trams and only around 15 minute walk from the main beach and main shopping area. Only thing is the bathrooms are a little outdated and the shower was cold most of the time but apart from that it was pretty good and functal. They do let you use the hotel facilities like pools ect if you arrive before your check in time and have lugage room where you...
