"This was just perfect for my Academy Reunion stay! A little treacherous getting there in the dark, but the owner's instructions were right on! Location VERY convenient to all Academy events. Place was cozy and just what I needed. Property was beautiful and I even hiked right from the front door and climbed the hoodoos...highly recommend!! Gorgeous view from up there! "We had issues with the heating unit not working for a dew days, but Kasa support was in constant communication until the unit was working again. They alao offered a small refund to doe my troubles. "

"I loved the apartment. It was very roomy. Loved having two bathrooms. It was perfect for the concert at Ball Arena. Loved the convenience of taking the train from the airport and a short walk to the Mint House. I would definitely stay here again. I would also like to stay at the Mint House in other cities. Thank you. It was perfect. "

"The facility was exceptional with great amenities. I used the gym and absolutely loved it. My room was clean and spacious and everything worked well. I must say that there is no self parking area here, and the rate per night for valet is $59. The area isn’t necessarily the safest (Downtown Denver) so I decided this was a must for me traveling alone. Overall, would highly recommend. "
