My partner and I arrived in Vietnam about 3 weeks ago. What an amazing time we’ve had, and as we traveled from south to north our trip just got better and better. We were thrilled to arrive at the Media Spa Hotel amidst the bustle of the Old Quarter. Such a beautiful building, and what a warm welcome by staff. We loved our room (a family room - maybe a little small for 3 people but a good size for 2 big Australians) and felt utterly spoilt. Staff helped to arrange activities for us to do, made suggestions about where to eat, and generally looked after us. We began our mornings with a free breakfast - a lovely range of delicious delights. Thanks to our breakfast host, Duy. We enjoyed our conversations with you and noted you made everyone feel comfortable. In the evening we visited the Lux Sky Bar, viewed stunning sunsets, and enjoyed a cool drink or two. I loved my cocktails made by the guys working in the bar. Thank you for looking after us at the end of big days in and around Hanoi. Finally, a big shout out to all the staff working so hard in Reception. You are all amazing, friendly and attentive. It’s you, who do all the hard work, that make a place to stay in so memorable.

Great breakfast with wide spread choices. Great service and all staffs greeted you u a wide smile on the face. Air con could be better.. one of the room air con not cold ...

They have construction going on the property. The elevator wasn't workong all the time. They have water problem. The dust and the noise was too much .
