"I booked a 2nd floor room because I was traveling solo and felt a bit safer at a motel on the 2nd floor, when I arrived they told me the 2nd floor wasnt open and I had a 1st floor room. I wasnt thrilled, but the gentleman checking me in was very nice and said he would let me cancel for a full refund still. "I really liked how friendly the staff was!! My 3 children and I stayed for 2 weeks and they actually had conversations with us. They let us know that if we needed anything to not hesitate. It felt like they actually meant it, some places you can just feel the attitude of not actually caring for the guests. NOT HERE, It was an awesome stay we enjoyed ourselves, and had good conversations!! My kid's and I will definitely be going back for another stay 😊😁"
