"Fantastic little hotel, hidden away on one of the most central streets in Lisbon. A short walk from both Rossio stations and tram 28. Great value, the rooms are very comfortable, with good storage space. The bathroom is very practical with a powerful shower and ample space for toiletries. The breakfast selection is as good as any five star hotel but the greatest asset is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff who seem to speak most languages fluently. "All the staff were wonderful! A shout out to Luis and our bartender. The restaurant and bar at the hotel property were both exceptional. We had been travelling through Portugal for a week and our meal at the hotel was the best! Our room was large and extremely well appointed. Thank you for a wonderful visit - we’ll be back"

"Lovely boutique hotel right off Rossio Plaza. The staff was excellent as was the room and proximity to the train, buses, dining and shopping. The only drawback was the view was into a building being refurbished, but was in a state of disrepair. I liked the quirky view of the dilapidated building and nesting pigeons, but hubby wasn't amused."
