"Only feedback is I would have expected there to be an adults only area/swimming area. Given there were so many children but given the high cost of the stay for adults think it’s worth considering."

"I love this hotel! It is hands down the best in Mandaue City. The front staff is kind and informative, the cleaning staff is trustworthy and efficient, and the restaurant staff is very kind with good conversation. I would also like to give a positive recognition to the worker Mae at the resturaunt staff. Not only is she very good and excellent at her job, she is polite and a great employee to have on your team"

"Although, I believe our room needed improvement as far as air conditioning, more channels, coffee should automatically be given, coffee cups should be there already when the room has been cleared from any mess, it made up for awesome room service. The staff went above and beyond their means to give you an awesome experience with Appleton. My recommendation is to upgrade their rooms, which means the cost may go up per room. That is all. Thanks Appleton for the wonderful service."

"Awesome Resort. Disappointed they didn’t inform me about Ibeza being wiped out from typhoon odet and that they stopped the shuttle to Mall in Cebu at booking time "

"Hotel service and infinity pool was amazing.. we were directed to club lounge access upon early check in and they have added complimentary bed without me asking, my daughter slept and rested well due to this. The 100m infinity pool was superb overlooking the sea and staff very friendly/helpful. Breakfast has plenty of options and with sea views too. Hotel is a bit dated though and beach area is limited, walking around for a stroll was a good alternative though and just swim through to the vast infinity pool. It was a relaxing and pleasant stay. "
