"My only small complaints about the room were that I wished the lukewarm shower got a little hotter, and the windows were quite dirty. However, In general the hotel and rooms are very clean and the staff very friendly. I'd have to say the good qualities far outweigh the bad. I loved having access to the pool and gym, and especially the excellent restaurant, the staff of which happily catered to my dietary requests (opt for the free breakfast). The only thing that would've made the room ideal, which wasn't advertised, would have been a microwave oven. I'm guessing they don't want the odors from reheating leftovers disturbing the other guests. The room did. however, have an amazingly quick electric pot for boiling tea or coffee water."

" Staff were friendly and attentive. Always opening door for us and helping with luggage. Helped us to check in early since we arrived earlier then anticipated. Great view of the city and rooms were clean, spacious, and modern. The lobby was decorated beautifully for Christmas and had beautiful photogenic areas. It was helpful there was atm in lobby. Only complaint was that the hotel was extremely far up the hill and faraway from many areas of city so we got stuck in traffic often. Would stay again just plan to have car or arrange rides ahead of time since no one wanted to pick us up with Grab app since hotel was so isolated from everything. Room was affordable and enough space for the family. "
