"The landlord was very responsive and there was only one small glitch with a leaking coffee maker. We were able to buy one at Target and the landlord quickly reimbursed us via Venmo.The house was clean and had all the necessities for an enjoyable stay. The quiet South Austin neighborhood was perfect. We were within 15 minutes of Zilker Park and downtown Austin.We had a great visit."

"Excellent rental. It's a newer listing and could use some small tweaks but it was great otherwise. Check in was easy peasy, communication from the property manager was prompt, and amenities were exactly as described. There were even a few unexpected extras that were convenient. The house is wired strangely in some spots and could use some more labeling for switches. The converted garage/bedroom was warmer than the rest of the house (as expected) and needed an extra fan which was actually...

"Nice house, plenty of space & well stocked, could’ve used a better cleaning. There were dust balls everywhere and one of the showers didn’t look like it was cleaned. The water pressure was bad in all the bathrooms except the master. Location was fine, but we had to uber to everything we wanted to do. House had multiple areas with couches, could’ve used some sort of entertainment like pool table or ping pong. The view from balcony did not look like the photos. Overall we enjoyed our stay "

So clean and well appointed with art and cool books (even comic books!). Water pressure and temptures were nice. Highly recommend this very well managed and appointed rental."
