"A lot going on for just one nice.. Weird mechanical high pitch noise in the walls. had to switch rooms.. the walk back and forth with the parking confusion. that walk through the alley way sketchy as well and dirty. dead lady bugs near curtains and wall. "

"This is very much a kids sports team hotel. The weekends are mayhem. Continental breakfast was decent, well stocked and was happy to see eggs and sausage. The pool is on the small side and was jam packed with kids all weekend. I found some chips on the on the carpet of our room in plain sight when we first checked in. The rest of the room and the linens were clean. Its definitely a family hotel so if you're looking for quiet, this hotel is not for you. The staff was pleasant and helpful...

"Liked the location of the hotel to the Roger's Place as with the cold weather we didn't have to venture outside to make our way to the event. We did find it a surprise that the wifi was a pay for service. We have stayed in hotels all over the world and this was the first time payment was required. Feel you need to re-think the charge. Will probably stay in neighbor hotel next stay."

"Things were great in the cabin, which was a free upgrade upon arrival. The door was a little sticky so you had to make sure it was closed but otherwise things were great The most effective form of communication with the reservation desk is definately phone calls emails are not monitored as closely."
