"Everything was great!, but….I was in #136, and I was disturbed at all hours by doors slamming. The doors need a brake to ease them in to closing, quietly. Residents leave/enter rooms and let go of the door handles, then……SLAM!!! That’s all."

"We stayed one night before flying out of PHX. The staff was very nice and informative. There is a bar area that you can have drinks and order food, but the menu is pretty limited and basic. It was an easy trip to get to the airport. We would stay again. "

"The check in went very smooth, room was large and clean, the only negative was on the second morning the breakfast sausage wasn't cooked almost raw, and the hash browns was maybe 50% cooked."

"Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. I usually have a hard time sleeping at hotels because the beds are so uncomfortable, so I was surprised at how comfortable my stay was. Parking is around the corner and while it's convenient, I feel it's quite expensive when you've already paid $260/night for a room. "

"The remote to our room was not programmed to our TV when we checked in. We were unable to turn it down, turn it off, change the channel, etc.. We awoke in the middle of the night with the volume up much louder than when had fallen asleep. I went to the front desk (hearing our TV down the hall), but all he could do was suggest we unplug the TV. There were 7 cords plugged into the outlet behind the dresser. We ended up just starting our day at 3 in the morning. Not a great first night. We...
