"The lady at the front deck helped us get in our room early. We came in early because of the snow storm and she let us wait in the lobby till she had our room. They are working on cleaning up the hotel. But it is an older building. The room clean but had an odor. The thing that was the worst was the noise road. And someone on their motorcycle making lots of noise. "

"From the moment I walked into the Hilton everybody was friendly and kind. Every time I needed something they were their professional understanding and everybody always had a smile on their face. The room was beautiful. The balcony was beautiful facing Melbourne and airport. I was there for a funeral and the employees there at Hilton made it a very easy day for me and my children going through a hard time so big up to them because they’re doing a great job. I will definitely stay there again. "
