"I really enjoyed this hotel after trying to stay with a friend's cousin in Mumbai. It is a bit tired around the edges, there are signs of some wear but it is still a haven of comfort and tranquility compared to the rest of Mumbai. All the staff are extremely nice and helpful. It is some of the guests that bring the tone down. I observed rudeness to staff in the form of yelling, inappropriate attire like appearing to breakfast in pajamas and hotel slippers, ill-behaved children etc. Mumbai itself...
