"I didn’t stay on this date because of inclement weather. The communication when I was rebooked, versus when I checked in and explained everything was less than ideal. It was one time I felt like I shouldn’t have used Hotels.com, the situation was rectified, but not quite to my satisfaction. Beyond this issue, thankfully my stay wasn’t soured it’s a beautiful hotel."

"Hotel staff cared about our comfort. They fixed the TV signal and went in search of a pillow that was more comfortable. It was cold in Fargo, there were vehicle plug-ins available in the parking lot for frost plug heaters. Room was clean and comfortable. "
