"The house is centrally located, lots of space, great off street parking. We were a little concerned about the motion detectors in each room. We forgot our iPad and contacted Vacasa but haven't heard back from them. The iPad was in the house when we left and then someone moved it to an address in Lincoln City. We still hope to get it back."

"The home was well maintained and had everything we hoped for on our stay in Florence. We had more than enough bedrooms and baths for our group with more than one large area for us to gather together and relax. Where the home sits gives a nice sense of privacy but is just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to nearby restaurants and activities. I would happily stay there again when visiting the area, "

"Perfectly fine place to stay. Also, I was VERY annoyed that that I got so many emails from both VRBO and VACASA. Why both? (This is why I gave only one star to the "communication with property manager" question.) I rented this through VRBO -- what does Vacasa have to do with anything? It really pissed me off!"

"Had a family get together at our favorite beach location. The house has a really well stocked kitchen as far as pans, plates, etc. Several in our group enjoyed the hot tub. Spacious & open which made it nice for playing games and visiting. Slept comfortably. We would stay here again."
