"My room was in on the 4th floor. I heard constant washer pounding every 20 minutes when the washer would go to spin cycle. My room 407 and the room next to me was just under the Laundry room located on the 5th floor. They stock the room with 2 free waters but will not bring more even if you stay more than one night. They told be to buy water in the store. Fair breakfast. Decent location of Olaya street."

"If you book on Expedia then you will be given wrong address. there's 3 hotel with same name I unfortunately had to waste alot of money and time going to all three till found right one, the address on Expedia takes you to random intersection. "

"Upon arrival our room was booked to someone else and there were no replacement. My family and I, after travelling all night had to sleep in the car. I would recommend going to a reputable branded hotel. It will be a bit pricey but at least your booking would be honored. Note this was a prepaid reservation and i was still met with disappointment on arrival. I wrote to the hotel on two separate occasions to let them know my time of arrival would be a bit later after the check in window. I dont...

"Stayed one night, the reception staff was very slow and not helpful. Room was clean but shower head was damaged so had water all over from base squirting. I only stayed one night as on business trip. Would not recommend. "
