"I really had a great time during our stay in Cloud7, Kudos to Mr. Marlon, house keeping supervisor and Rasel, everything we expected and requests were met above and beyond, we felt so spoiled. There’s heated pool, padel/sports area, gym, caravans, restaurants and etc. I mean there’s so many things to do. Thanks to Mohammad & Rana, caddy attendants for welcoming & touring us around the residence. What a great experience indeed! And lastly, my most favorite part is their excellent and amazing...

"In the heart of Jubail City. No private parking. You have to rely on paid public parking. Very poorly trained service staff. Housekeeping was poor. They didn't provide towels. When we asked for it, there was no positive response. Usee harsh words to drive us out at around 1.00 pm though checkout was at 2.00 pm Won't come back"
