"Staff and property itself are 5 Star Excellent. In the area of continuous improvement, just 2 thoughts. The Airport shuttle only runs every 2 hours after the 12:30 am Shuttle. There is another property next to this one that has a shuttle that runs every 30 mins. Food for thought. Second point is the signing to the elevators and lobby could use improvement. I would stay again and loved the property. "

Got free shuttle tuk tuk to main road Chidlom BTS. 1st time got free room upgrade but this time round don’t have. But overall still very good experience. Will book again in the future if I visit Bangkok again. "
